Since 2012, Nicole has been an integral part of Beit T’Shuvah. Before starting at Beit T’Shuvah, Nicole worked in various administrative roles at companies including First Artist Management Music Agency, West Coast Clinical Laboratories, and Kingston Wholesale. She began at Beit T’Shuvah as an intern for the renowned Partners in Prevention Program developing into one of the department’s leading teachers and curriculum developers.

In 2014, Nicole joined Beit T’Shuvah’s Development Department as an Associate/Grants Manager. During her time in development, Nicole both increased donor fundraising through various events like BTS Running4Recovery Marathon Team, Congregation Beit T’Shuvah as well as cultivated new partnerships with external organizations to increase funding through grants, many of which are funders for the program today. In 2017, Nicole became the Program Director for the Elaine Breslow Institute of Beit T’Shuvah where she accomplished to implement sustainable new education opportunities for both medical and spiritual professionals on addiction through seminars and immersion programs.

In 2019, Nicole became Beit T’Shuvah’s Communication and Outreach Director working to enhance communication internally with Beit T’Shuvah’s various departments as well as externally with other treatment centers and organizations across the country. Nicole also manages all of Beit T’Shuvah’s communication efforts online, with press, and social media and is the supervisor of Creative Matters, Beit T’Shuvah’s social enterprise that runs as a full-fledged creative agency both for Beit T’Shuvah and external organizations and nonprofits. Nicole is currently enrolled at Antioch University Los Angeles in pursuit of an advanced degree focusing on Nonprofit Management and Business Administration.

Through her experience at Beit T’Shuvah, her undeniable passion, and her vibrant personality she has become a vital member of the Beit T’Shuvah community.
