What is IOP?
Structure, support, and community—without stepping away from your life.
The Beit T’Shuvah Intensive Outpatient Program is a place where people come to heal while staying rooted in the lives they’re rebuilding. It’s a flexible, clinically grounded addiction treatment program that meets you where you are—whether you’re working, in school, with family, or simply trying to steady your footing in life.
The BTS IOP gives you the best of both worlds: the freedom to go home at the end of the day, and the strength of a community that refuses to let you do this alone.
Through group therapy, individual sessions, recovery practices, and the heart of Beit T’Shuvah’s community, our IOP offers a structured path forward that fits into real life. It’s designed for people who want accountability and connection, but don’t require residential care. Here, you show up as you are—messy, hopeful, scared, determined—and you leave each day a little more supported, a little more grounded, and a little more yourself.
At Beit T’Shuvah, recovery isn’t something you do in isolation. It’s something we do together. Our IOP makes that possible—right where you are, right now.
