Foam Rolling Techniques

If you are a new runner, we’ll let you know now that you’re likely to experience muscle tightness as your body gets accustomed to the new stresses that running will bring. Left untreated, this can lead to injuries that can sideline you for days or even weeks. If you’ve been running for a while, you’ve probably already experienced this. Before you start feeling the pain, we encourage you to roll regularly to get out any knots or adhesions and prevent new ones. And, if you already have pain caused by muscle tightness, rolling is all that much more important. This five minute video will show you how.
