Born in New York and raised in Los Angeles, Nancy Grant completed her undergraduate studies at UCLA, where she double-majored in political science and psychology. She later got her degree in college counseling from UCSD and since 2001 has worked in the development field for various nonprofit and educational institutions, including Hope-Net, Windward School, and now, Beit T’Shuvah.
Prior to assuming her role as Development Director, Nancy used her background in counseling to direct the Career Center, providing one-on-one sessions and assisting clients in all aspects of career placement and job search.
Coming from the clinical side of Beit T’Shuvah, Nancy has an intimate understanding of the challenges clients face as they put their lives back together. As Development Director, Nancy is committed to advancing Beit T’Shuvah’s life-saving mission and to working with the community to make sure the organization is as strong and viable as it can be moving into the next decade.
